THE GAME CHANGER PROJECT

Positive Transition, Employability, Networking, Social integration, Self-empowerment

The GC Project provides a strength-based soft skills training to people in transition situation with online games and activities for maximising their long run well-being and mental health.

TRAINING SOCIAL OPERATORS - SOFT SKILLS TRAINERS

The Trainers' training is an integrated part of the GC Project. Participating experts are provided with a Toolbox to sharpen their creativity and skills for a successful web-based training.
Coaches, mentors, healthcare professionals, social workers, psycholigists are welcome to join our program.

THE GAME CHANGER ONLINE TRAINING

The science -based online training helps participants to gain
self-regulatory and digital skills,
focusing on 10 core skills:

SELF-AWARENESS

EMPATHY

RESILIENCE

SELF-REGULATION

OPTIMISM/
PROBLEM SOLVING

CONFIDENCE/
SELF-EMPOWERMENT

MOTIVATION

COMMUNICATION

WORK SKILLS

PLANNING

+ DIGITAL SKILLS

The training takes place in the newly launched GC web-based educational platform: https://gamechanger.itml.gr/

Duration: 03 January 2018 – 31 July 2018 - with continuous registration
Sign up to our training course to meet our trainers online from 5 European countries.
You can choose a 4 - or 8 -session training course in English, Danish, Czech, Greek or Hungarian language, or join one of our 'Drop-in Sessions' on extra topics.

The project's key objectives:

- soft and digital skills development
- networking and social integration

The GC Program aims at supporting and enabling individuals to respond to transitions with the support of 'social operator' experts.

While building a supportive network for all participants, the GC Project promotes mobility, equality and diversity, employability, social and economic integration, and respect for human rights.
