Hi, I am Diogo Silva from Madeira Island, Portugal, and graduated in Tourism. I consider myself an open minded, creative and hard working person. I was looking for a company to host me for an internship under the Erasmus+ for Young Entrepreneurs and Pandokrator's staff was since the beginning kind and interested about the possibility of hosting me. I consider this experiences are very useful for the young entrepreneurs or for the people who have the entrepreneur spirit inside of them. So I decided to come this company after found them on Erasmus+ for Young Entrepreneurs and after few online research about them and their projects.

Here my aims are learn and earn the maximum of experience I can that will be useful for my future. From the technological knowledge and living every day with the entrepreneur spirit and the wish of being useful to the society and create something useful to the society. In the end of all I would like to promote my Island to the Hungarian Market.

I will create a Facebook page and website to show the Madeiran paradise to the ones who want to escape from the cold to an exotic destination. Everything will be focus on the online and digital marketing since nowadays no one start planning their holidays without search on the internet first or even book everything on the internet putting the travel’s agencies aside. With this we plan to personalize and increase the level of satisfaction of the tourists and clients.
