Our first lunch-break seminar was a success!
The young adults, having lunch break seminar with us, were all at the age of entering the labour market. There hard skills were very good but they felt that something extra to stand out from the crowd is needed: advanced soft skills.
The lunch-break workshop gave them the opportunity to name their own strong and weak soft skills and to have a first idea on what they could do to get what they dream for.
